Total Body Burn: a multi-level class with a little bit of everything. Don't sacrifice time outdoors this summer to get a good workout! Expect to trim, tone and tighten your entire body in just 45 minutes. Bring a towel, weights if you want them, sunscreen and bug spray.

$10 with a 10 class card (Cards can be shared with a spouse/friend!)
*Cards can purchased here online. Please bring your payment receipt to class to be issued your card. Cards can also be purchased directly from the instructor at the class.
