Fit Camp with Pulse Training (Ages 18+)

Young adults doing wieght training.
Begins Monday, June 2 - class will run through August
Mondays @ Freeman's Way Fields, Brewster
Wednesdays @ Drummer Boy Park, Brewster
3:00pm - 4:00pm
Drop in - $15 per class
                $10 per class if a client with Pulse Training (contact Sean if interested)

IF RAINING: CLASS IS CANCELLED

BRING: Water, Yoga Mat (if desired)

Join Pulse Training for an outdoor class involving dynamic movements, functional exercise, and strength training. This class will get your heart rate up  and focus on strengthining your entire body. We will use balance, agility, and bodyweight exercise in a variety of different ways to help every one involved reach they're fitness goals!


Instructor Sean Lally:

Owner of Pulse Training. Sean is a AFAA certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and former Army Ranger.
