Barnstable County AmeriCorps Cape Cod volunteers will be running this great program with Brewster Recreation!

Creative eARTh utilizes everyday materials that are typically thrown away to make unique pieces of art. The types of projects range from wooden pencil or toothbrush holders to paper flowers and recyclable nature scenes. We want to acknowledge that our world is a beautiful place and to respect and reuse to create wonderful pieces of art without the waste.

These programs are free, but you must register! Space is limited!

Grades 3-5
Try It Out! These two drop-in dates will give kids the opportunity to try out the program! Both days will be held at Eddy Elem, 2pm-3pm. Kids will signed out from school by the Brewster Rec Staff

Wednesday, February 4 - Creating a pencil/toothbrush holder from cedar!

Wednesday, February 11 - Creating Recylcled Art with a Valentine's Day theme!

Each day, the AmeriCorps volunteers will be planning fun projects for kids to create with recycled materials and learn about the environment!
