Yoga with Singing Bowls

This class is an all-levels yoga flow, accompanied by the healing and meditative vibrations of crystal singing bowls. Come unwind with a mindful yoga practice, that will strengthen the body and calm the mind. We recommend that you bring water, a towel and any other props you may need. Please keep in mind, that this is an outdoor class. Dress for your comfort and wear sunscreen and bug spray if needed.
All new participants will be required, to sign a Release and Waiver of Liability.
